I've had my 04 tl 5mt since new and the paint is showing signs of wear. I really don't want to spend 2k+ to get it completely painted and was wondering if anyones had good results with less expensive touchups, particularly in the la, oc, or inland empire areas. I have some scratches from my dogs and some stains on the hood and roof from what i guess must be bird shit. I bought some of the touchup paint from acura (nighthawk) but feel pretty clumsy using it and am pretty certain its not ever gonna like right if i do it myself. Thanks for any advice you can give me.
