So my 2010 tl the lenses are all cracked and the left light went out. I took the front bumper off and swapped both bulbs and wrapped the headlights to prevent moisture. Now the left side is still out. I can hit the switch as many times as i want and nothing. Would it be ballast or ignitor? And do new headlights come with all that?

 

Could be either. Switch from left to right and confirm

 

do you know if the black 2013 headlights mount the same as my silver 2010 headlights

 

Do you mean do 2013 lights fit your 2010? I don't believe so, I think they are just a little different. I'm sure someone that knows for sure will chime in though.
