Jacking Points

Hi, everybody. I'm a newb here. I just bought a '12 6MT in Graphite Luster. I'll be posting pictures after I do a little detailing. I want to take the wheels off to detail them. I know where the manual says to used the supplied jack, but I was wondering if anyone has any input as to good places to apply a hydraulic jack, and jack stands.

Thanks in advance for your input.

the same place that you would use the supplied jack is where you would use a hydraulic jack. there are 4 jack points on the sides. and one in the front and rear.

^i lift my car from the front and rear jacking points using a floor jack.

depending on the work i do, I use different spots for the jack stands.

Same her. Use front & rear jacking point and then find a solid structure for jack stands.

Thanks for all the replies. some cars have jacking points designed just for the junkie factory jack, and may not be appropriate for a hydraulic floor jack.
