For me, it was the coil packs. I have a 2009 TL and I just changed spark plugs and coil packs in the last 3 months. It had about 145,000 KM on it. I was just driving and the engine started to have some vibrations in the engine compartment and shortly after, all the lights on the dash went on (similar to you).

I just did a timing belt in December 2021.

How old is your battery? When they are starting to die, they'll begin setting off a Christmas tree of dash warning lights.

this!

check and ensure the battery has good connection (no corrosion on clamps/cables) and doesn't have a low charge/bad cells. it can lead to a bunch of strange lights if so.
