Ghetto

My car's decided to go ghetto on me:
Everytime I press on the brake, my parking lights come on. I have a brake light out, but for some reason, the dash light to tell me i have a light out isn't lighting up. Wiring or fuse problem maybe? Difficult to fix?

There's an indicator that tells you that a light is out ?

What else do I not know about the CL.

WTF? must be the Limited Edition CL.

check your fuses. And if that turns up nada, check the wires with a meter to check for shorts.

check the bulbs in your tail lights.. make sure they're all dual filament and that they are all properly grounded (check for corrosion). Also be sure there is no foreign matter in the bulb sockets.

I had a problem with this, I went through probably 25-30 dual fillament bulbs, because according to the dealer there was "water in the sockets" Soon as they "fixed" that, no more blown bulbs.

It's freezing now! At least when it's really cold, the salt won't eat away the car.

It's just making up for the warm weather we had last month

I honestly have no idea how I got water in the lights, but it's definately there. Also, I apparently am getting water in my trunk somehow hahaha, my car's a piece. Think that's a major problem though? It hasn't seemed to have done anything bad as of thus far, but maybe that's what's messing with my wiring now.

Wow, you really assume I'm dumb enough to not know how to change a light bulb - thanks. I'm more concerned that there's a wiring problem since my parking light come on when i hit the brakes.
