I feel dumb for asking...
I'm a noob here on this site and I'm trying to search for "front blinker bulb replacement". Everytime I search it in the blank box it gives me results from various forums (ie. Third gen, midwest, etc). I simply want to search only information in the 4G TL section as the other generations do not apply to me. Can someone steer me in the right direction?
Here you go

I should have clarified. I already have the bulbs. I believe I found the correct information last night. Looks like I have to remove the front bumper to get to the housing for the bulb.
Lol, my bad. You don't have to remove the front bumper I believe. Here's a link to show you:

What splash guard are you talking about? I just looked under mines and it's completely open in the center portion (like the link I posted showed). Just run your hand through that section with a 10mm socket and an extension to unscrew the one bolt on either sides. Then just slide it out starting from the inside out.
It was dark and my car was parked in a weird spot. I couldn't really see it too well, but there was definitely a plastic (protective looking) piece. I will take pics when I can get to it today.

Second pic is a close up

Third pic is the phone camera underneath drivers side bumper as if you were laying on your back looking up. There is a lightweight thin plastic cover. Do I need a special tool to remove the clips without breaking them?

Last pic is of my lug. I'm sure this is a stock option from Acura. Is there a key to this thing some where?
Thanks again.
Just took a pic of the bottom front bumper on my TL. Does it look the same?

If so, then just loosen the 10mm from there, which are both clearly visible. Much less work. Just use that DIY I posted above.
edit: As for the wheel lock, check in your spare tire area. Or get a replacement through the dealer

Yeah 13'. But to remove those clips from the wheel well lining, a thin flat head screw driver would work. Also check to see if you can get access to it from the top. When installing my DRL's, it looked like there's enough space on the driver side but not the passenger.
Problem solved. On the 2010 this is how it's done. Turn the steering wheel to the opposite side of the car from the one you are wanting to replace the bulb in. My driver's side blinker/parking light was out. I turned the wheel to the right exposing three circular plastic clips. Insert a flat head screwdriver in between smallest circle and ring. Apply pressure to pop all 3 out. Underneath driver's side front bumper you will see 3 (10mm) screws. Remove those and pop the last plastic clip holding plastic deflector to bumper. Once that is removed return to the wheel well and manipulate plastic wheel well protector to see to the front of the car from the wheel well. Reach up above the fog light and twist the bulb socket, matching the height of the parking light housing, counter clockwise. Remove old light bulb replace with new by pushing down and clockwise until it snaps into place. Insert back into socket and turn clockwise until it snaps into place (I had to push mine in a little bit too). Wasn't the easiest light bulb change I have ever done but these acuras have a lot of plastic protectors etc.
