HVAC fuse location???

Does anyone know where the fuse/relay is for the HVAC blower motor on the '99 tl's? I have looked but cant find anything on either driver or passenger side panels. My blower is totally fried after about 2 weeks. It started going out and I could jiggle the wires and get it to come back on. I tried removing the connector to the blower and it would not come out. I pulled the blower out today and finally got the connector loose to find that the connector was totally melted inside (thank god my tl didn't go out in a blaze of glory). But anyway I ordered a new blower today and I will have to replace the fuse/relay as well because the wires obviously touched each other and blew it out. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Get a multimeter and see if you are getting voltage at the wires. If you are than you probably didn't blow a fuse. If you could jiggle the wires and it'd work than that means the fuse was still working. I would assume the fuse was under the hood. Look in your owners manual
