I've had my 2010 TL SH TECH for a month... and today, i got this message "Cannot access HDD. Please contact dealer." and at the bottom right hand corner, there's a "2". anyone seen this?

Seems like the HDD crashed... can't use navi and any functions related to the HDD. It's annoying... have to wait until monday to call the dealership...

any ideas, suggestions, or fixes?

 

Ouch, yea sounds like either a connector got loose, or HD died. When you go can you find out how much it would have cost w/o the warranty? That's the only thing I'm worried about in my car over the long haul.
