I've had a constant rattle / tapping sound coming from the Hands-Free-Link (HFL) unit for the a long time. I've taken the car in to two Acura Service locations; they verified the noise, applied felt tape somewhere around the unit, and sent me on my way. The noise continues even after the fix.

Tired of dealing with the dealer... I even tried to remove the HFL unit (easy remove) and drive without it to see if i can replicate the noise: no noise when driven without so I'm fairly certain its the unit. Not sure though how the noise is caused.

Any thoughts? Any one else experience this? I've had this new 2012 TL for 8months or so and the damn thing rattles more than my old 96 Accord and Chevy truck.
