HELP!! TL cuts out when accelerating over 4.5k rpms!!!

i love my TL I never had problem until I took her for a long trip out of town and when I got back I would press the gas to pass Someone and my car would stop at 4500rpms and needle would jump around 4500-4700 and car will slow down and I will start loosing speed and have no power and if I push it like that it will make a SCREECHING noise coming from frunt

All my fluid levels are good
for oil change in hope of fix and new battery invade my old one was tost (looked like it)

ONLY happends when car heats up and is running for over half hour !

Sounds like limp mode, which will happen when the oil level gets too low and the VTEC actuators don't have enough oil pressure to change lobes.

But if your oil level is OK, that rules out that cause. Second most likely cause is ECU/ignition.
