Has anyone replaced their shift paddles?
Has anyone replaced their shift paddles?
Both of my shift paddles are scratched up and the coating isn't holding up so well. I've been meaning to pick up some replacement paddles, seeing as they're only 30 bucks each, but I can't find any posts about replacing them. Has anyone else done this before? If so can I get a rundown of how to do it?
I was going to order a black on of these and just plastidip the visible section of the paddle..

Looks like 2 screws and a plug, Page 5618-19 of the 2012 repair manual https://acurazine.com/forums/fourth-...manual-956811/

I was going to create a new post asking about similar thing. My 2014 TL has a problem with the right paddle shifter. There is about 2-3mm of play before the resistance kicks in, unlike the left one that is firm. The right one drives me nuts to the point I am going to make an appointment with the dealer to have it replaced under the warranty. I am glad it is an easy job. I always freak out when I need to drop of our cars for bigger work.
