Thumbs down Frozen windshield washer

Anyone have their windshield washer freeze up on their 4G, I live in Wisconsin and everytime it gets cold, the washer fluid doesn't work. Asked the dealer and he blew me off, Called client services and haven't heard anything yet. Use the same fluid that I used in my GM cars and never had a problem. The reaction of the dealer really ticks me off. Any commecnts?

are you using a special sub 32 degreee washer solution?
The regular stuff sold in stores and what comes in the car is only good to 32
Below that you need the special stuff, or old school is add 10% max -rubbing alcohol to the fluid
Thats going to lower its freeze point

What I used is rated to -25'F. Is that not enough? Do they make it colder? Or should I add something to it in the winter? Thanks for your help.

In the "Great White North" (ironic since Buffalo and most of Wisconsin gets more snow than Toronto does) we can pretty much only buy wither fluids that are rated to -40C (-40F) or -45C (-49F) in the winter time. If you're fond of the Rain-X brand, they make a 1 gallon jug with -40C/F rating with de-icer included.
