I have a 2009 Acura TL Base model and the display unit is very hard to see when the sun is shining in through the windshield. I have the light setting turned all the way up. When I put my hand up and create a shadow I can see the display. Is anyone else having this issue? Anyone know of a fix? Thanks in advance for your help!

 

I have a SH-AWD without the tech package and like you also have difficulty seeing the display in direct sunlight. I think most here have the nav and not sure if they have the same issue as we do without the nav screen. I don't have any solution and I think it's something that you just have to live with.

 

put a mattblack pad on the flat surface infront of the screen.. the only reason why you have glare is that the plasti piece is reflecting it.
