Clicking noise for rear wheel while driving..

I have this annoying clicking/popping sound coming from the rear passenger side wheel. I jacked the rear up put the car in neutral and turned the wheel to see if I could find where its coming from and didnt hear nothing? It makes the sounds as the wheel rotates at all speeds when in drive, reverse, neutral but cant seem to figure out where its coming from. Kinda sounds like it would be the bracket for the pads hitting something but like I said I didnt hear anything when I jacked it up and spun the wheel. What could it be to only be heard when theres a load on the car and the wheel rotates? Any thoughts?

So obviously the sound happens when there is weight on the suspension, not when its up in the air. If I recall, some around here have reported the rear stabilization bar bushings or end-links as the culprit for some of these sounds. If not, then the question is what else can make noises, in the rear of the car, when there is weight on it?

Yea I see posts about those too but most people said it happens over bumps whereas mine happens all the time, smooth roads. I read somewhere else that maybe it could be a wheel bearing but wanted to see if anyone here had thoughts or encountered this issue. Also I am lowered on Tein SA Coilovers but not sure if that would be a factor seeing it happens only when the wheel rotates.

Does it happen when you press the brakes? I had a similar problem where the back brake would click. Turns out, some spring was binding and needed some servicing at the dealer, it was covered under warranty.

Just a thought, it may be something in the tire, or the wheel... if you rotate the wheels or at least the rear left-right see if the sound moves from one side to the other.

Man.... That's almost like a wheel bearing...

Cracked rim??

Shit, I'm outta ideas

Try the wheel swap and see if it makes a difference.

Check for a nail while you're at it.

I had a similar sound under the same conditions on my 2010 CX-9 recently. Turned out to be a bad wheel bearing on drivers side rear. Drove me nuts for a while. Replaced under warranty and no more sound.
