Can hear the fuel splashing

Hey Guys,

I'm new here but was wondering if you guys hear your fuel splashing around on a full tank of gas. When I pump my breaks less then 5 mph sounds like my kids splashing around in the tank. I went to my local Acura Dealer and the Service Mgr did say they have heard people complain about this but no fix.

Yes, it is normal. They all do it. I can only hear it with my radio off, once its on even at a very low setting I can't hear it.

True but I love to drive without the music on and just listen to my engine. Yes I am a weirdo.

Yes. It sounds like the gas tank is in the back seat.

Well, it's UNDER the back seat if that means anything. I can always tell when the tanks full though. I first heard it, backing out of the garage (on a slope). You never think about how much gasoline gets swished around while driving until then, Im just glad it doesnt behave like soda. lol

I dont know if it's a good thing or not but Ive never heard fuel splashing. It's probably
because my rattles are so loud.

I've never had a car where you could hear this. Usually there are baffles in the tank that prevent the fuel from moving around.
