A/C is not blowing cold on driver side
it's the "Blend door" or the actuator. it's likely stuck in one position.
you're lucky...my driver side is stuck too, however, it's stuck in the position to where it doesnt blow heat...not so much an issue in the summer. but in the winter it blows ice cold. LOL
you can do either one of two things....remove the actuator, open it up and clean the contacts. or replace the unit entirely.

My son had a similar problem in his 2004 Accord (same dual auto-temp HVAC as our TLs).
I checked the blend doors and they worked properly.
Turns out it was low on Freon. Many Accord forum participants had similar issues and resolutions.

If it's only the AC causing this issue, it can be from low freon.
