I have a 2012 TL and the problem is at night when I back up and have my foot on the brake I can't really see out the back window. The brake light reflects off the window. Not just a small spot but pretty over the whole window.

Anyone else have this problem? Is this just the way the car is and you can't do anything about it? It's like the brake light molding should press up against the window so light can't reflect off the glass.

 

Did you have you windows tinted? Mine started doing that after they tinted the back glass

 

acura replaced the cover and it did the same thing after a month. Added some clear double sided tape and it's a bit better now.

 

That made it worse but it was a problem before the tint.

 

My back window is not tinted but I have the glare or reflection at night as well. I guess I just ignore it. it bugs me, but overall not much of an issue.
