2014 TL Seatback replacement?

Hey guys. I was rear-ended on the highway back in June. Progressive did a great job with the repair, but I recently had a strange problem. I went to take a car seat out o the back and my driver's side seatback came off. It looks like one of the clips that helps secure the seatback to the seat is broken. It's not the end of the world, but I wanted to know if anybody knew the part I had to order to get it replaced?

I could go to the dealer, but this seems like a really easy fix. I am going to try Progressive to see if they will fix it, but since the accident was so long ago, I'm not sure they will. I just couldn't think of anything else that would have caused this problem since I have never seen a failure like this. Anyway, any help with this is appreciated.

acura sells a repair kit so you don't have to get the whole panel replaced. The place that did the work should cover it.

OK, I will give that a try. My problem is that there didn't seem to be anything wrong with the seat when I first took it in. Since they didn't repair the seat, I am not sure who is supposed to cover what.

did the airbag in the driver seat go off? If yes, then that panel had to come off. Also to repair the rear area of the car the seats need to be removed. If the rear seat hit the front seat hard enough during removal it could have cracked the clip.
