Update

Just an update. I tested the battery and it was putting out 12.8. I cleared out the vsa message 81 and then drove my car around the block reaching 35mph for a few minutes. The code hasn't reappeared yet. So now I'm pull the tires off to inspect the brakes and begin searching for the vibration when braking.
