I have noticed the engine fluttering at around 2,000 RPM three or four times the past few months . It feels like the gas paddle is being slightly pumped rapidly. I can see the RPM needle fluttering up and down between 2000-2200 RPM for about 3-5 seconds.

Anyone else ever experience this? I'm thinking of taking it to the shop, but it would be very hard to replicate as it's a rare occurrence.

 

Using top tier fuel?
