Hi All! New Acura owner here. Nice upgrade from a 2003 Accord.

We got a 2010 TL with 29000 miles on it. Tech package, awesome car!

The only issue I have with it is that (just like the Accord we had!!!) it's vibrating on idle. I can feel it in the steering wheel and generally in the front of the car.

I still have plenty of warranty left, but I was wondering if this is a known "Honda" issue? I am definitely taking it to the dealer though!

 

Check if the engine rpm is also steady or not.

 

It's steady. And vibration is not really that heavy.

 

OK, I observed this a little more and rpm do fluctuate a tiny bit. Like less than one marker on the dial. Is that sufficient to say that rpms are not steady?

 

Mine is rock solid steady.

 

Took it to the dealer. They tried some stuff, but said it's normal vibration. I guess it is, since I was driving a new RDX as a loaner while they had TL and it also has this slight vibration. I must be too picky.
