I've got a 2010 TL SHawd with about 6000 miles on it that has developed a significant hollow clunk at the drivers front wheel in the past month or so. It primarily happens when I hit a parking lot or driveway lip at relatively low speeds.

Has anyone experienced or heard of this? The nearest dealer is about 80 miles away and I'm not opposed to taking it up there, it's just a matter of finding the time. My local Honda dealer will do the oil changes but not stuff like this.

Possible bad strut, or have you had your tires rotated?

i had a metal stretching sound coming from the back of my car. it resonated into the speaker tray in the back. i thought it was the sway/strut bar. after the mechanics looked at it he said it was a bad strut and that it is common in the 4g
