2010 TL SH-AWD, no more AWD

Weird issue popped up for the 2nd time today. Going home from work at freeway speeds and a message popped up that the AWD system was not working and please restart the car. 2nd message said the ABS and stability control was not working either. The messages have the codes 77 and 68 and are stored in the information submenu in the infotainment screen. The dash lights for the AWD and stability control are lit and from the torque readout, it is definitely running front drive only. This also happened on Christmas Eve and the dealer replaced a fuse for the braking system.

On a side note, this will be the 4th warrant repair in less than 2.5 years. The others were: turn signal stalk malfunctioned at 2 months, torque converter software update (better but not fixed completely and mpg is down), actuator in drivers door malfunctioned, and 1st time AWD malfunction. I previously had a 2004 and 2008 type s and neither of those had a single issue other than routine maintenance.

our 09 which we sold last month for the Sienna never had any issues other than a sunvisor sag. My 2012 almost a year old has no issues so far.

Problem exists within the ABS or brake light circuits. An ABS sensor is probably malfunctioning or an LED brake light. Step on the brakes and check to see that the lights are working properly. If you have push button start, can you start the car without stepping on the brake?

Thanks for the reply. As an update, I went back to the shop receipt for the 1st one and it says they replaced a brake light controller. That makes more sense to me now after reading the other thread. Still makes me wonder what happened the second time and I now have 39,100 miles and almost 6 months since the last incident and everything has been OK.
