2010 Acura TL sh-awd 3.7L low oil pressure sensor and wheel locked

2010 Acura TL sh-awd 3.7L low oil pressure sensor and wheel locked
Drive to work on freeway, suddenly my low oil pressure sensor came on. Pull it to the side and turn off engine. Try to turn on again but low oil pressure sensor light still on and wheel locked light is on. Won't let me start or moving the wheel. Have to tow it home. I check the sensor and it read NO, push some air through it and it read closed, is that normal? Also check the pin from the connector to the ECM it read OL, is that normal. HELP
