Awesome work man.. Those teins have your car sitting perfect! I love the concave wheels, finish, and colors you decided to go with. The wheels are very pronounced which I really like.

I love the icebox, you can feel the torque and the slight sound of it sucking air is addicting.

Thanks man, teins are great and they make the ride feel like OEM. I pondered for weeks on how I was going ton paint them and I decided to go matte powder coated machine face. The wheels stand out cause of the contrast and I believe I made the right decision.

I'm starting a new job in a week so I'll take some time and see how it goes, if it goes like I plan then full steam ahead with mods. My next mods are a BBK and what paeudomaniac did to his car with burned exhaust tips. I'm looking around for a set of those dual blue burned exhaust tips and haven't had much luck, I saw something on E90post and they look great, but it's hard to find a set of those in a 4 inch diameter.

Congrats on the new job I hope it goes well for you. That's what it's all about. Work hard and play hard. I'll be taking a little break myself to get my money right.

Paeudomaniac really put together an awesome thread. I got a lot of my questions answered there.

Those exhaust tips are unique. I can't wait to see updated pics of your ride.

So picked up the car after the rear fenders are painted and guess what I find, a huge scratch and slight tore in my driver side seat. I tell ya I have the worst luck I'm the world, I saw it after I drove away and in 1/2 a block stepped out to check that my rims weren't scratched, then I saw it as I was about to sit down. Man I'm pissed but it's going to be taking care off soon, I'll post a pick tonight.

Thanks man, he's the most pickiest mother fucker in the planet when it comes to his cars. His car is clean and sharp looking, his TL is just a basic FWD no nav no tech but looks fantastic. Im shopping for wheels so lets see what I come up with by the summer.

Im thinking forge stars, and im not into lip rims at all. Lips make the rims look smaller and here in NYC they crack and bend easy

Thank you sir but they look better in person, my boy with the white TL wanted to buy them from me cause they look bigger than the Vossen CV5 he has.

Thanks, if it wasn't that I got such a good deal on the car I would of purchased a different color, black is a bitch to keep clean and keep swirls free.

I understand what you're going through with that black. I had a Magnetic Black 370Z before my WDP TL. It drove me crazy but it taught me how to properly take care of the exterior. Can't wait to see more pics.

Forgestars are nice. They don't have much of a selection though and I'm not really feeling their designs much. Step lip wheels are a lighter and stronger than reverse lip. They also make the wheels appear larger. Goes without say but not all wheels are created equally. Some are stronger and some are weaker. Fact is any wheel can bend with enough force. Just so long as they don't crack. That is where the difference is in quality and testing. Keep us posted what your going with!

Black is beautiful when clean, it's frustrating when you wash your car and a couple blocks away it's full of dust. It happens to all cars but with black it's just amplified 10 times.

thanks for the advice, I have something in mind but they are alloy wheels. My current wheels are incurve wheels and they are monoblock and they have been very good wheels so far.

Your right pot, I've not heard to many good things about them. In some forums I hear how eazy they cracked, one guy had a set for 3 weeks and they had multiple cracks on all the wheels.

That'll be the next size I put on the wife's CV3's... much cheaper than the 285/25's that are on it now and they could use the little bit more height... and wtf on the dood that rolled your fenders... I rolled hers myself... no issues just took a bit of time... he was just to lazy to keep adjusting the angle on the head every couple of inches to get them started... which is what took the time... once they started going it was like butter...
