I don't think mine had sand in it though..

dont get some $35 crap...
go with theretrofitsource hid kits.. they are about $140.. but nothing but quality.. lifetime warranty and when they say its 35W, you are really getting the full 35W performance vs crap like DDM Tuning where its like 27W and not even bright at all..
TRS is a us company that test all their kits before shipping.. DDM.. well when you buy from them, it ships from china directly to you.. so you get what you pay for,

Which brand is fog light? Can you post the url. This is a good mod for 2009-2011 TL.
