My winter setup
Going to correct myself before someone does it for me:
I'm aware a narrower tire is better for snow, my question regarding his tire size was in reference to sizing down 2 sizes on width and going up a size in profile. When I compared 225/50 to 245/45 it was closer in size to OEM, than 225/45 or 235/50.

I buy them for 600$ use whit tire so I did chose anything but I like them . Miss my 245/40 I think 50 is too tall for the suspension but suppose tombe like 245 45 but never drive my car whit 45 so I can t compare. I will take better pic saturday
Thanks for the clarification! The stock sizes are 245/50/17, 245/45/18 and 245/40/19. I've ridden both the 18 and 19" sizes, though almost exclusively on aftermarket suspension. 18" feels very plush.
