My CBP with Lamin-X on tail and Carbon Fiber on rear trim
Here are the images of my CBP with Lamin-X gunsmoke on my tails and Carbon Fiber vinyl on my rear Trim.
I am going to put Lamin-x on my reflector tonight...
Should I trim out the films on my tails so it covers only red portion and leaves whites?
Any suggestion or can anyone do some photoshop so I can get an idea?

I like the tails. But I'd like to see better close ups of the Carbon Fiber.

Thanks for the replies guys.
I will try to take good close up picture of Carbon Fiber trim this weekend.
Oh BTW, I am debating between trimming out the tail tint and make white portion uncovered...
But not sure which would look better.
Any suggestions?

First, I have never done any modification previously except battery replacement so I am pretty noob in car stuff, which made me to expect it to be little bit challenging.
However, the actual application was so easy.
The Lamin-x is really thick which is almost impossible to crease...
So it took me about 30 minutes to apply and trim the films on both tails and applying Carbon fiber on my rear trim took about 15 minutes.
the whole process was less than an hour....
If you are going to try, just use a hair dryer to stretch. It makes it really easy^^

Are you gonna CF the beak as well? Would love to see that done as well...

I think making the tint darker and then leaving the white part uncovered would look sick. Either way it looks good.

I was gonna try but OEM beak is growing on me. Maybe I get used to it..... I kind of like it now.
If I decide to do something on it, I will be replacing the whole grill with chrom sport grill.

Yeah... that's exactly what I was thinking.
I planned to leave the white part uncovered, but after the application, I found out that the tint is not really dark (the image looks darker) so left the whole tail tinted...
Anyway, I am leaning toward leaving whole tail tinted for now^^

im in love with your car though. I've seen a TL with the white cut out , it looks EXTRA hot and gives the back more definition. The With the whole thing covered the back look kind of flat. Carbon Fiber vinyl on the rear trim looks ' sexcellent ' with black. I would definitely replicate the same styling ( with the cut out of the white part on the tail light with tinted reflector )
Excellent job though.

I'm surprised that Lumin-x doesn't include a cutout for the rear reflectors.....you would think they would. I was going to do my tails like this also, maybe a shade darker but I would want the reflectors to match. Don't get me wrong, it still looks solid, nice work.
