My 2012 SH-AWD Tech BWP/Umber on 19" Forgestar F14

Picked it up about a month ago and have the following mods:

-OEM Aero Kit, 19" Forgestar F14 in Titanium finish on Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus, Rear Roof Spoiler, 35% Tint All Around, OEM Remote Start, LED License Plate/Courtesy/Trunk lights, Under Dash Blue Light Mod

No other major mods planned. No drop either as I live in the Toronto area and the roads aren't the greatest, which is why I decided against 20 inch Forgestars.

Thanks. Yes, I got them from Factory Tire, thanks again for the help on that. I may look into getting the McGard set eventually.

You are welcome.I noticed that you have the aluminum pedal covers, they add a nice touch to the interior,i also have a similar set but they have Acura engraved on them.

Looks great!

I completely agree with you about the drop. I'm in Toronto as well, and many of the roads are horrible! That's why I decided not to drop mine.

Looks good but I also think it needs a drop; currently, without it the wheels look small.

Thanks all for the comments. I know a drop would make it look so much better, but it's really not practical for me as a daily driver in Toronto.

Beautiful, but seriously consider a drop. I am. I'm in Toronto all the time, and both my previous cars were lowered just an inch. My most recent was the Altima SE-R, with H & R's 1.3 inch up front, and 1.0 inch rear, did about 160,000km, driving from Kitchener to Scarborough almost 3 times a week (before i got married my wife lived in Scarborough). Never had any issues, and still had stock struts to the day i sold it. I want to drop mine so bad! BTW.....i agree....lets set up a TL meet, and lets do it for ALL colours. It would be pretty awsome to have a 4G TL meet!

I'm very jealous of the Umber interior. Damn you Acura for only allowing Umber into the Automatics!!!! I had to choose one or the other, Umber or Manual......Manual won me over. lol. No regrets, but still......couldn't they just throw those seats in with the stick shift?

I love everything about it man, great job.

And I wouldn't drop it...the wheel/fender ratio is still respectable and every Tom Dick or Harry that types "drop it" (even after you said you're not) doesn't have to pay for it nor drive it in your neck of the woods.

Looks good

That's a great idea! It would be awesome to have a 4G TL meet for all of us in the GTA.

oii guess we had more TL's than just white lol.
just dont hate when i show up on my stock TL :p haha

lowering in some cars is fine in Toronto, my civic is lowered over 2" (wasnt by choice... ) it's ok (just).
what i find on the TL though, is the distance from the wheels to the end of the bottom bumper is really long, especially the front. my brother (or mom) have managed to scrape front side of the bumper already, likely coming out of a really steep driveway. this is the #2 thing that holds me back from any mods on this car. #1 is money (or lack of it lol)

Thanks. I ordered the wheels through wheelstudio.com and took about 6 weeks to receive - they are custom ordered. The tires are from discounttiredirect.com.

I got a set of these pedals myself and they are great and look amazing. I got some peeps mentioning about how long they would last so ordered another set just in case I need them in the future. The cool thing about it is that the brake pedal bolts on perfect...dont have to drill new holes

Here you go, not the best work but something that took me a few minutes.

Charcoal or Graphite

Black

I think all 3 colors look great with the wheel.

H&R springs would help the look and 1.3-1.5 drop.
