Just a teaser. Will vinyl the whole mirror this weekend.

I didn't plasti-dip as I didn't like the roughness of the surface. I used black vinyl on the mirror pillar. I will wrap the whole mirror in matte silver. The signal on the side mirror was done years ago. I wrap it in matte transparent gray.

Where'd you get the LED strip above your foglights? Or that entire fog/turnsignal/led fixture. They look amazing, I would def wanna check them out.

Yes, I was bored over the weekend and had some carbon fiber panel and wanted to see if it looks ok to make a carbon fiber shifter. So I measure and dremel and sand down and see how it would look. It is reversible as I put double sided adhesive. So if I dont like it I can take take it out.

I was trying to CF overlay the shifter but found out that it the + and - are illuminated at night.

Here is how it would look.

I've only come up with that cut out as I extended CF add on. If its look tacky I can just take it off.

That was my next guess....no lie! You gave the hint it was smaller but then I thought he's gonna lose the lights if he puts it over the paddle shifters.

Ya originally I took out the paddle shifter in the pass and trying to have a fab guy to do a carbon fiber overlay and found out that the paddle shifter are luminate when you have your parking/headlamp on. So that idea was scratch out. So I had some carbon panel in my garage and I just measure up my idea and drew a template and then dremel it. I might sand it down a little more to make it thinner and a little slender on the side.

I've been wanting something like that for my paddle shifters too, looks good! the stock ones are just too small, really hard to shift when the wheel is turned. no aftermarket support for us TL guys...
