Nice pick up! The 4G SH-AWD is a great machine just be aware of the major issues it has: oil comsuption, torque converter and the annoying propeller shaft. Make sure to pay attention to these issues and have the dealer fix them (if appear) while under warranty. Congrats!

This post is relevant to my interests as I recently picked up at 2012 TL AWD myself. If you have the time to spare me, could you give me a quick rundown on each of these three issues you listed?
Is there a known cause and/or fix for the oil consumption?
I quite literally just learned about the torque converter issue for which I think I'm gonna need a tissue.
