Most people upload their images to a photo hosting service (photobucket), copy the url into their post, then replace the "url" tags with "img" tags.

 

FYI, Photobucket makes it even easier, under the image you want to copy, there are several boxes, look the the one that is for IMG link, just click there and it copies the IMG link automatically, then open the thread here you want to post in, hit CTRL+V (or right click Paste) to paste the IMG link.. you can do that with several images from Photobucket.
