Yeah I could see that on a deep dish... yeah you wouldn't really see a change on the concave... Gonna Run Staggered...

actually.. after speaking to karkraze.. your math is actually incorrect.

my 20x9.5 +12 will be the same as 20x10.5 +25 if you compare poke with poke.

Old
- New
Diameter 661mm - 661mm
Circumference
2076.6mm - 2076.6mm
Poke
108.7mm - 108.4mm
Inset 132.7mm - 158.4mm
Speedo error
0% - 0%
Reading at 30mph 30mph - 30mph
Reading at 60mph
60mph - 60mph
Ride height gain
0mm - 0mm
Arch gap loss
0mm - 0mm

now below is a 10.5 +38 would look like vs a 9.5 +12

Old
New
Diameter 661mm - 661mm
Circumference
2076.6mm - 2076.6mm
Poke 108.7mm - 95.4mm

Inset 132.7mm - 171.4mm
Speedo error 0% - 0%
Reading at 30mph 30mph - 30mph
Reading at 60mph
60mph - 60mph
Ride height gain

yeah I was wondering if you put it all on the lip or split it in half... guessing you split it in half... can you get that screen shot showing your set up vs a 10.5 @ +42

Either a big partial refund or a full refund and i'll send them right back... They are on the car I had to see what they look like... but yeah it's a tonka truck right now with the wheel well gap... But mannnnnnnnnnn it's friggin tight...

Still gotta lower it and roll the rear fenders... but here's a first pic... cell phone pic

Can you post pics of the damage? The cardboard & wrap method is the only way i've ever shipped/recieved wheels and i've never had any issues - maybe the finish is more delicate on these.

If the damages are just light scratches you may be able to buff it out and call it a day.

To Clarify: I was not the seller

Yeah thats all fine and dandy when the tire sticks out farther than the wheel and gives it cushion... with Vossens and a strech on the tires it's all rim out there and there's actually dents where they dropped one wheel on another there's a dent in the face lip of one and the rear lip of another and scratches all over and marks etc... The UPS guy rolled the first one in the garage and knocked it over and let it fall my fiance lost it on him... the other three that didn't happen but I'm sure they got abused during transit... UPS guidelines state anything shipped with them needs to be packed to withstand a 4 foot drop or they aren't responcible... for those of you who weren't aware... Plus the part that pisses me off is I asked the guy how they were going to be packed on my first contact before I ever made an offer... he said in a box with towels over the face and surrounded in foam... Thats what needed to be done and what was expected since thats what I was told... That would of solved the issue...

Oh wow, so they didn't wrap them in sets of two with the rims facing each other and cardboard in the middle and on the outsides...ouch! I packed up my last set that way and it held up great.

Good luck, hopefully you can get it resolved to your liking in a timely manner.

It's gonna look dope though when done!

I agreed with Alexander, when I sold my wheels I swrink wrap the entire wheel and tire and after I cover it with front and back cardboard for more protection and got delivered without any issues. I also use big " CAUTION" stickers all over the wheel and insured them as well. Do you know if the seller bought insurance? Hope you resolve the issue. If you think it can be fix by buffing it out maybe the seller can give you a partial refund for your trouble.

To clarify: I was not the seller as well.

Yeah if going the cheap route I agree surran wrap would on been better on the face than carbboard it is quite abrasive shifting back and forth for 2000 miles...

Seller was NOT from AZine! so everyone is covered... I can maybe sand the lips down with 800 1000 and 2000 grit and get most of it out... and I haven't gotten a responce yet but i'm sure he didn't get the insurance but even if he did UPS won't pay for it cause that packing doesn't meet their guidelines... for insurance to pay they must be in a box with atleast 3 inches of packing material on every side and if over 500$ per box they need to be double boxed with another layer of packing material between the boxes... I used to run an ebay shop for motorcycle parts so we've been thru all the hoops with UPS Claims...

That's where the story goes south for me - someone misleading you as to how the item will be shipped just to make the sale

Update on the saga, I emailed him several times when it happened no responce all weekend... So I started an eBay case about an hour ago which in return locked up all funds in his paypal account... He quickly resolved the issue and made a partial refund of the amount we wanted. I requested a bit more he came back with a lower offer and we met in the middle at the amount I actually wanted. So it all worked out...

They'll be up soon... Would take some today but it's raining for the third day in a row here in FL we've even got Flash Flood and Tornado Warnings... I'm gonna try to take a few good shots while it's at stock height this week since several people have asked how the Vossen's look without being dropped. Hoping by the weekend to recieve the springs and install them... Then we'll go do some shots for sure since the project will slow down for a while...

Well pics didn't happen before the springs, They got here yesterday earlier than expected and I couldn't wait took about 6.5 hours worked well into the night but it's down low and looking right. For anyone attempting this yourself it took a 4 foot pry bar and an extra set of hands to get the rears in and out... I gotta talk to some people who have done the install themselves and see if I missed a step or two to make the rears easier...

I have no experience with that, but if you could take a picture of the calipers and rotors sans wheels, I would appreciate it. Don't go out of the way, but if you have the opportunity...

Here's one I snapped with the phone the other day in the rain... Wheel is dirty but it shows pretty well...

Thanks for posting. I will likely go with something a little more subtle like silver or black on both the rotors and calipers. Maybe silver/gray on the rotors and black on the calipers. Who knows?
