Its hard to get a pic of what these really look like. The color is much glossier and looks better in person.

Anyways though I purposely dipped them because I am getting a different set of wheels and I wanted to be able to peel off the purple and sell the vossens. Who the fuck is gonna buy vossens that are 5x120 and are painted purple? ........nobody lol

Honestly though I'm still not happy with the look of the dip. I think I'm just gonna sand them down and have them professionally painted a very similar color. I'm not unhappy with the color, I'm unhappy with the look of the dip. I've always thought it looked cheap but I thought maybe I'd give it a try.
Who drives a 4th gen TL, spends the $ to bag it and then has wheels that look cheap? Not this girl !!! That dip has to come off.

I gotta take the wheels off later anyways to install a 2nd set of TPMS sensors I bought. While I have the wheels off Ill throw this purple one on just to see how it looks on the white. Ill post a pic later.

Being serious now....get them powder coated. Paint sucks. I think crazy color wheels are cool when they are you're spare set. Nice to put them on for a meet.

ok so after putting them on my car I decided I'm not happy with the color. Its too dark.

(the car is not fully on the ground because my tire is still not completely on the rim)

Oh wow...^^ that color is waaaaaaaaaaaay better. Glad you didn't do anything "permanent". It's all fun and games until it can't be undone..lol.

in real life that prolly pretty close to what you have gloss wise... it may be a couple of shades brighter but the gloss on that wheel is done when editing... this image has had an ass ton of Clarity added in lightroom and adding clarity will also brighten a color... Take it from a photographer... cars and wheels are never that shiney in an unedited photo...
