2013 TL front grill removal (beak) guide

i just did this. from what i read it is easier than the 2012 removal.

i made a DIY page since i could only find 2012 institutions:
whole process took about an hour.
http://www.nealgravatt.com/acura/2013/grill/

Also. i wrapped by beak with some carbon fiber vinyl wrap. comments are welcome, but dont be an ass just cause its not your style.

one guy said it makes it look cheap. maybe ti does. to each their own.

i am going to try a gloss black wrap once it comes in the mail.

I had wrapped my beak at one point. It looked good for the most part until you wax your car or use some product other than soap or water on it. Seems to get into the grooves of the vinyl. I think shiny will look better but I think experimenting is key.

Looks good, do you have a picture of it back on the car?

Did you wrap each blade below the beak too? Maybe it's just the reflection but I don't like that piece. The beak itself looks great! Great job!

not i only wrapped the one big chrome piece. you can see the piece in the DIY guide i link to in the top of this post. all the individual blades were already black, but i am try to wrap them as well.
