Looks nice. I was between white and grey when I got my TSX. Ended up with grey because my girlfriends mom had white.

$450 later (including parts and labor), I find myself downshifting more.

purextc: Thanks.

suros10 and KarKraze: I'll try to get one this weekend. I can describe it as loud and deep. I think partially why it's loud is because I have the J-Pipe as well. This is definitely something I can get used to.

Wheels look great. Love to see the white grill & trunk piece in white. I think that may be the direction I end up going with, based on how clean this looks.

So, it turns out the sound is way too loud by my standards. I've even tried custom welding an X-Pipe, but it made the sound deeper, and still LOUD. I'm putting on my 3rd cat back on again and selling my RV-6 J-Pipe tomorrow. Any dibs? $350 picked up or $350 + shipping.

Do you think that the 3rd cat will change the loudness by a lot? i am not sure that it will.
From a performance standpoint i feel that the j pipe is a better bang for your buck mod, that's just me though.

So the mangaflows were tolerable but the j-pipe put it over the top?

Also can you post the offset of your wheels, i don't believe i've seen it posted yet.

How do you feel about the H&Rs after having them for some time?

^^ Also did you need to roll your fenders at all, and how are the hankooks treating you

This morning I went back to the muffler shop who installed my Magnaflows. After they were done and I drove off, the drone in 1st gear is significantly reduced IMHO by 80%. It's now bearable for daily driving. I totally agree with you that the jpipe is the best bang for the buck, but after all this, I realized this car is no M3 lol. Yeah it'll probably increase 10-15 hp, but it's still a TL. I want this car to look nice, a nice deep tone but not excessively loud that attracts undesirable attention, and cops pulling me over because he's having a bad day and CA needs revenue.

The Magnaflows are now tolerable. with the J-Pipe, the drone was too excessive. The other day while driving home from work, this gangsta (wannabe?) was throwing these gang signs on the fwy in traffic at me lol. I was like WTF. It's definitely attention that I don't want to attract.

My wheel's offset is +35 all around. I've had my H&Rs for about 30k miles now, and it still feels awesome. It feels very close to stock, but just lowered.

Yeah I had to roll my fenders. I found this guy on craigslist who charged me $25 per corner. I only had to roll the rears, the fronts were fine. Hankooks are holding up great. The treadwear almost looks brand new after 10k miles and I haven't rotated my tires like I'm supposed to. I'll do it at my next oil change.

Yeah,i hear you about the loud exhaust, that is the reason i went with the CT Engineering axle back,a very nice sounding system that is not out of place on the Tl.

Good to hear that you are happy with your setup now .
