That grill is for a 2010 Acura Mdx and will not fit your car.

you could get the ebay roof spoiler, different grille, oem lip kit. ....or...I can you give youmy paypal ID and take the $1000 off your hands...lol

^^ LOL. Ty for the ideas. I'm going to go with the OEM lip kit. My local dealer is offering the whole kit at $888 out the door. Should I consider it?

Not a bad price. I paid $860 for mine shipped. So you can do a little better but I wouldnt worry about $28.
