Will throttle body spacer fit with icebox?

Will throttle body spacer fit with icebox?
Anyone know if the P2R throttle body spacer and gaskets will fit with the icebox installed? Or is there just not enough room for all of that?

throttle body spacers do JACK SHIT!

any air tuning is done in the intake manifold and not BEFORE it.
so, if you want to add a spacer...add a intake manifold spacer, as that will add volume.

or bore the stock throttle body wider....
