I like the Acura branded front calipers on the RL. Will they fit a 2012 TL AWD?

I suspect they'd probably bolt on, but you'd need smaller rotors to go with them. Bad idea either way. What are you looking to accomplish? There may be alternatives.

 

The RL rotors are 12.6" while the TLSHAWD are 12.8". I dont think thatd make that much difference to go down to 12.6 but I'm no brake expert

 

That's a 1.5% loss in brake surface area per front rotor - so basically - 3% less stopping surface. Doesn't SOUND like much....

 

I asked this some time earlier as well. Theres supposed to be different bracket to hold the caliper and it probably won't clear stock tl wheels.

+ what ^ said.. might as well go for a bbk if thats what you really want

 

I think the brakes on the TL's are exactly the same as the Honda Ridgeline trucks.
