Question about installing a J-Pipe

I am about to install my J Pipe. They sent me gaskets for the test pipe but not for where the J Pipe attaches to the cats. Do I just use a factory "O" gasket with the new J Pipe or do something else?

Just use some high temp silicone - works just as good.

Is it a O type donut lead gasket, or a triangle flange? I know on the longtubes I ordered, Richie included a tri gasket for between the flex collector and the cat-back; I'd be surprised if it wasn't an oversight on whoever you ordered it from.

After unpacking everything the gaskets were taped to the flange.

Sorry for the post.

Installed the J-Pipe today, love the sound it makes in the upper RPM range. Can't even tell it is there with normal driving. After driving for a bit I got on it and can certainly feel the pull from the mod. Well worth the money. Thanks ATLP!
