Magnaflow 11225. On 2012 acura TL sh-awd

Hey guys. I have a 2012 acura TL sh-awd. I seen lots of people installing the magnaflow 11225 on the 4g sh-awd . I know there is some cutting and welding to be done. My question is, will this fit on my car. I will be ordering it from Amazon and in the picture the muffler seems to be offset . Just want to double check with a few that have had it installed on the 4G. Also anybody have any drowning after the install? Thanks. Any info will help. Thanks Davis

Any good muffler shop will get it to work. They are very quiet tho.... Borla ProXS Mufflers 40357 you might like these a bit more.. http://www.jegs.com/i/Borla/157/40357/10002/-1

Hey thanks for the reply. Im cool with it not being too loud. Do you know if it's 2.5 diameter offset? Would this be the exact one?

Magnaflow 11225 are the correct mufflers for the 4G sh-awd. I really like them, sporty sound when accelerating and quiet when cruising, some minor drone audible in the cabin. IMO going with something louder=more rasp, drone will result in an unpleasant ride. Do some research and listen to clips of the Mags and Borlas to help with your decision. Good luck.

Thanks for the response. Ya I pulled the trigger on the Magnaflow exhausts. I'm also Shopping for dual tips. The ones I'm interested in are 4" duals. The only thing I'm worried about them is they are 10.25" in length. I don't want them sticking out too far. Does anybody know if that would fit without sticking out too much.

The quad exhaust tip set I bought have this specs: Inlet: 2.5" (63mm).Outlet: 3.5" (89mm).Total length: 9.5". In my case the installer had to cut the magnaflows pipe almost all the way to the muffler itself for the 9.5" tips to not to stick out too much, he did not want to trim the tips piping because it is stainless steel, IMO 10.25" might be a little too long but doable depending on your installer. Here is a link of the tips I bought from amazon and a picture of the magnaflows:

They are not from a known brand but the quality of the material used and welds are great. I always do my homework before buying aftermarket parts especially for the TL, I read all the reviews on amazon and they are all correct. I really like them!
This is how they look on my car (side view)

I like that rear diffuser, looks good. I wish I had the cash for some aesthetic mods.
