The 3.5L on the 2003-2006 MDX, 2005-2008 Pilot, & 2006-2014 Ridgeline does. The part number is 17108-RDJ-A00 and I don't know if it fits the 3.7 because the gasket part numbers are different than the 3.7 gasket.

Ill check my mdx engine, i was under impression that MDX have spacer.
Planning to buy TL sh-awd and i just love torque of my lightly modded mdx... Dont want to lose that.
