I'm going through my 06 TL and I'm getting everything after market (led lighting, Nav dvd conversion eq....) out of it so I can trade it in on a 4g. I have a K&N air filter installed and was wondering if it would fit the new TL. Dose anyone know the new filter size?

Oh yeah, that would be on the 3.7 not the 3.5

I did a quick look up on some acura parts sites and no one is listing any part #'s for 09 TL's, they're too new. But I would bet money it will be different. I did notice K&N's part #'s were different for 2004-2006 and then 2007-2008.

You can call your Acura dealer parts dept and ask them to look up the two and see what the #'s are. Then you could post the #'s so everyone else knows.

3.5: 17220-RDA-A00

4G air filter Pt# 3.5: 17220-RK2-A00
3.7: 17220-RK2-A00

So the 3G and 4G are different.
