My 2009 TL SH-AWD with the technology package says it has the Zagat guide built in to it.

Well, I can't seem to find any way to access it. The manual says when I search for restaurants there will be a "Z" next to Zagat rated ones. Yet any time I do a search, none of them have the "Z".

My car does have to option to search only for Zagat restaurants, and when I do that, again, no restaurants have a "Z" by them. When I select the restaurants from the Zagat search, it just gives me the name, address, and phone number. There is no second tab with Zagat info like it shows in the manual.

When I look at my setup screens, it gives me explanation of Zagat ratings. But I can't find any way to actually see the Zagat ratings. I can't find anything in the manual other than that the "Z" will show up, and I will get an additional tab when I select them.

Am I missing something? Is there a way to turn this feature on?

That's really weird. I've got to think that there are Zagat rated restaurants in Denver. You might search the Zagat website for Zagat rated restaurants in Denver. Then search on your car's navigation and see if they come up.

 

We do have Zagat rated restaurants in Denver, and they do come up in my search. Just no "Z" by them and no Zagat tab.

 

I updated the navigation system with the latest DVD and still no Zagat reviews. I have a menu option for Zagat which explains what the reviews mean. And the Zagat search does in fact return only Zagat rated restaurants. It's just that I still get no Zagat tab, or reviews to read.
