Where is factory amplifier in '09 TL?

Where is factory amplifier in '09 TL?
Is the amp in the trunk area or do I have to remove the rear seat to get to this?
I have an 2009 TL tech package with nav

CC. I think it's accessible from the passenger side footwell. But I'm going off memory from a long dead post. I'll look and see if I can find it.

According to the factory schematic for the '09 TL, the audio amp (part #14) is located underneath the glove box, on the right side of the front passenger's feet, behind the kick panel .

Amp is located in the trunk right hand side behind carpeting. At least on 09-11 shawd base it is.
