What happens with TWO cell phones?

Possible upcoming scenario:

Two cells phones, one personal, one work. Both have been independently paired to my TL. What happens if one day I'm wearing both on my belt (yeah, super geek, huh? ) and go start my car?

Will the car randomly pick one depending on "who is recognized first"? Or will it just not work and gives up? Or will both work? Anyone tried this yet?

I have a Blackberry Bold 9700 & my wife has a Sony Ericsson W580i. When we both are in the car, her phone always win. I tried to change the order of the phones listed in the car by removing then and pairing them in different order, it won't help. I guess the W580i may take less time to be recognized by the car or the car knows who is the master. =(

Maybe it's the proximity of the Sony to the car's bluetooth module that causes it to latch on faster?? Try swapping phones with the wife and see if the Blackberry wins out...

Phone(s) should be set to ask permission for EVERY bluetooth connection. Go into the settings/connections menu and make sure that the phone will ask for permission, otherwise YOU could be hijacked.

I have two phones, one personal, one office.
The bluetooth would first link whichever last being connected... pretty logical, just like my bluetooth ear piece.

I don't understand why Acura hasn't built this logic in... The wife's Sonata has it... We both can both cell phones paired with the car at the same time - In fact I think you can have up to 6 paired phones at once. -- you have to setup a priority list. But if a I can make and receive calls through the Sonata's HFL interface on my phone -- disconnect - then the wife can do the same. Seems simple enough.
