Weird iPhone Pandora behavior

Pandora over bluetooth on 09 SH-AWD Tech

If I have it plugged into the USB port with iphone cable to charge, every song on Pandora will play, and then stop at the end, making you push play again. Only just started doing this. Not on that cable, (and I've tried 2 cables) - it doesn't act that way, nor on a standalone charger.

Anyone else seeing this recently?

Is your source set to Bluetooth or iPod on the head unit? I listen to Pandora with the iphone plugged in and stream it via Bluetooth... haven't had any issues so far...

I never have a problem using iPhone with Pandora over bluetooth. Controls on the steering column work too.

If i plug it in to the USB, I have found the behavior erratic and unpredictable, although the sound quality seems noticeably better. One weird thing I have noticed is that the display will momentarily show the song and artist via USB, but sometimes that precipitates an error message about an unapproved device.

One poster said to make sure that bluetooth syncs before plugging into USB. I am also investigating the AirPlay symbol that now appears in the Pandora and iTunes music apps, allowing you to choose Handfree link vs another option (not in my car now...).

I have a 2010 TL SW-AWD NON-tech.
