Wallpaper question

How do I set-up my wallpaper to show-up while i'm driving? Is the only way to have my car stopped and then go into settings and select "Show Wallpaper"??

And yes, your car has to stopped to set up your wallpaper. Who the hell setting up the wallpaper while driving? :|
