Has anyone purchased anything off of this site before? I'm shopping around for car audio and stumbled upon their website.

I purchased a few things from them in the past and had no problems with them.

 

I purchased from them as well,no problems just make sure you comparison shop the item you are looking for since the cost for the same item can vary from site to site.

 

I ordered a deck from them a couple years ago, never had any issues.

 

legit company and cheaper then Crutchfield.

 

I purchased an Alpine dual din dvd player for my truck and a few speakers. Had no problems at all.

 

When I stumbled upon them a little over three years ago I sent them an email asking if they were selling factory fresh units or refurbished items. This is the reply I received:

"Everything on our site is brand new and factory sealed. The only place
we have refurbished or open box items are in our "liquidation station."
Even in there, they are labeled with red print so you cannot get it
confused."

However, I did come across a not so flattering comment about their existence at the recent CES while recently reading some comments on the ARC AUDIO Facebook pages ... but that could be an explanation in and of itself.
