I can't seem to get the song by voice feature on my 2012 TL AWD tech to work. Each time I request a specific song or artist to be played, it doesn't recognize or load the correct song/artist. I have a 2nd gen IPod Touch connected with 1000s of songs that I would like to be easily played with my voice command....I would use the commands "play....." but it doesn't work....any. Advice on how to get this feature to work?

What is the process that you are using? Is it "iPod Search", then "Play Artist...." or "Play Song...."?

I use both "Play artist..." and "Play song...", either one doesn't work for me for some reason.
